Inconsistency between French and English pages of https://ocaml.org/community/support.html

Issue description

If you navigate to the English version of community/support page, you will see the following: English page

When you switch to the French version, you see something else. Check the screenshot below. My understanding is that the two versions should be translations of each other. French page

How to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the English version of community/support page and then switch to the French version. You will see what I am talking about.

This should probably be fixed (quite a few translations are out of sync). @mahakbansal2019 can I ask, do you speak french? I think this issue is best handled by someone bilingual.
