`conf-binutils` and FreeBSD

I'm not sure that it's the right place for this issue but it seems that the current conf-binutils does not handle FreeBSD even if we can install this package via pkg install binutils. For my specific case, I would like to use ld.bfd and this package provides it. The official maintainer of this package is the BAP team (/cc @ivg) but the BAP organization does not have a proper repository for this package - and this is the reason why I make this issue here.

I don't know precisely the scope of conf-binutils required by the BAP project but it will be nice to be able to install it on FreeBSD at least.

I think for conf packages the more systems are supported the better. I would be happy to merge a PR to the opam-repository that publishes conf-binutils 0.4 and that adds freebsd support. This would not functionally affect any dependent project, so I don't see the problem
