odoc_driver_voodoo and org files

odoc_driver_voodoo is about to fuel ocaml.org's building of the doc.

Previously, voodoo would support README.org files, such as base's readme, by rendering them as text.

If I'm not mistaken, those files are ignored by odoc_driver_voodoo. Should we fix this in this repo? Or in docs-ci?
