Add support for all merlin query commands

We do not provide all interesting query commands that merlin has. This issue can be used to discuss and track support for those.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of commands that we do not support:

• [ ] dumping configs
• [ ] polarity search (this feature in merlin is considered to be in beta state; talk to merlin devs before working on this)
• [x] refactor open
