Improve the README before a 1.0 release

Think about the content of the README and what we should put there before we 'release' a 1.0 (see #7). The reason is that the tarball will contain this info and (if we're lucky) will be downloaded/forked by anyone who wants to use the logos.

I'm thinking that we mention/link the following:

  • OCaml.org site
  • lists.ocaml.org for comms (esp infra)
  • Info on how to contribute (point to another file)?

Sounds OK to me (contribute should also point back to this site for people seeing only the tarball).
