Tag a 1.0 release of the logo

We should do this in the coming weeks so that there's a tarball to point at for 'official' downloads.

There should also be an accompanying blog post, which I've procrastinated over. I'll make sure I write that in the next week or so and we can tag a release at the same time that post goes live.

Maybe the post can be part of the upcoming one for ocaml.org?
