oasis: use paths found during ./configure

ocamlfind should be the one from setup.data, not "ocamlfind" in myocamlbuild.ml.

Also the path of tools, and packages should be those found during configure, not what it finds again during make. This especially applies to ocamlopt, etc. that should probably use OCAMLFIND_COMMANDS="..." to make sure the ones picked up during configure are used.
