OASIS doesn't install .cmx in some cases

If I have the attached _oasis and myocamlbuild.ml and just an (empty) Lol.cppo.ml file, it installs Lol.cmx as expected. But if you add a (empty) Lol.mli file then it isn't installed anymore.
