Needed for the new [@@@ocaml.flambda_o*] attributes for controlling the optimization level.

Hey @lukemaurer, thanks for the PR! Of course, it sounds good to us to reserve those attributes (we'd just need a changelog entry). So whenever you're ready, you can just undraft the PR.
