Test Level Editor on iPads

Describe the bug When I was working with a primary school, they had huge problems with the create a route on iPads. The screens were not calibrated to the site so it was not drawing/clicking where their fingers were. I don't know the specification of their iPads.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the Level Editor https://www.codeforlife.education/rapidrouter/level_editor/ using an iPad
2. Try drawing a route

Expected behaviour The roads etc. should appear under your finger but they were appearing off to one side
