Invoices in PDF
Automatic creation of a PDF invoice would big a great feature for Shopaholic.
It could work as follow:
When a payment is successful, and if the order status settings allow the creation of an invoice (we could have a checkbox in backend/lovata/ordersshopaholic/statuses/update/3), then a PDF is created (from a HTML file to a PDF )
The invoice would be downloadable for each orders that have the success status, for the admin but also for the client in his account area.
The invoice would contain the list of the products, the shipping price and the total price.
Ideally, the HTML template of the invoice could be editable in the plugin config, in order to add a title, a slogan or business informations.
Hows that invoice feature going? Any progress yet? I cant imagine any e-shop system without the possibility of sending invoices automatically. Thanks for reply.
There's no built-in functionality for generating invoices and it isn't' on our roadmap at the moment. We recommend you to use the DynamicPDF plugin for October CMS.
