Upgrade to Expo SDK 54

Hi, can you update this template to Expo SDK 54? The latest SDK includes improvements and updated dependencies, so it would be great if the template can support it. Thanks!

I was also waiting for the upgrade, I got tired so I upgraded all dependencies myself. It works fine. Just match the main dependencies to expo-template-tabs. The other dependencies you can easily upgrade. Even Codex/Claude Code can do it seamlessly.

Unfortunately there is an error with packages and latest Expo SDK version

I have the same issue, and updating the react_native_mmkv version didn't fix it.
