What does this do?

Switching languages automatically in development environment by using Expo's reload

Why did you do this?

When switching languages in development environment, got error

(NOBRIDGE) ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'reload' of null in src/lib/i18n/utils.tsx

Who/what does this impact?

For developers using other languages, e.g., Chinese and Finnish

How did you test this?

Tested manually by switching languages English and Arabic
