Problem with Watermark

Hello,

I've upload this extension, the last version, to a Magento website (1.8.1.0) and the functionality is perfect except is not adding watermark.

I've add in Magento admin a 280x150 watermark but is not adding it to the picture. The watermark has a transparent background.

If I use the normal picture, then the watermark is there but is not looking nice, so this is one of the reasons to use the extension, because is adding the support for the most perfect reside from what I could see on a plugin.

Can you please look into the watermark issue?

Hi. Could you please add a screenshot of your settings in System -> Configuration -> Design "Product Image Watermark" section. Because I've tried with the following settings and it works great.
