Timezone / Context not used

I have initialize the connection with $this->odoo = new Odoo(new Odoo\Config($this->database, $this->host, $this->username, $this->password), new Odoo\Context("en", "Asia/Saigon")); but when I use model $order = $this->odoo->model('pos.order') ->where('id', '=', '110930') ->get();

The result return 7 hours off from the actual time, Look like timezone was not applied.

What have I done wrong ?
