Docs: add Chinese translation for SAHI documentation

Introduction

This PR adds a Chinese translation for the SAHI documentation to improve accessibility for the Chinese community.

Changes

  • Translated the main sections of the English documents into Chinese
  • Replaced non-renderable :material-xxx: icons with emojis
  • Fixed the demo/notebooks directory link
