My single display is set to 125% scaling and I do not have this issue. Do you have multiple displays with different scaling factors?

A primary display with no scaling and two secondary with 125% set on both. The display's being scaled are both natively 2560x1440 and the primary is natively 3840x2160 but being run at 2560x1440 if that might also factor in.

Requires testing with separate physical screens and different scaling factors.

I believe this is the same issue as I reported here (albeit not worded nearly as nicely) https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/7312#issue-1363295600
