Expected Behavior

I use 3 profiles in OBS 27 & 28, each one have a different Decklink Output. This is not saved in the profile. OBS is used in portable and multi mode. Using the windows link with --portable --multi --profile "profileX" --collection "collectionX"

Current Behavior

The Decklink Output stays on the last closed OBS definition.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open 2 instances of OBS with different profiles
2. Change Decklink Ouptut in each instance to a different output.
3. Close all OBS
4. When you open the 2 instances the Decklink Ouptut is on the definition of the last OBS you closed.
