Following @DarkSpir's comment on issue #11478, I am creating this issue, as was predicted. I'm honestly not sure what a good solution is here, because I anticipate this issue will just be a repeat of that one, and leave users with this annoying and unhelpful message

@elydpg exact. OBS is not following the release cycle of the runtime. Also, sometimes the OBS devs skipped a version if there is a bug/incompatibly or the runtime was released too late for including in the beta process of OBS.

Best advice is to ignore it. IIRC there are plans to switch away from this particular runtime.

I guess we can leave this open otherwise we'll get another dozen reports of people not using the issue search function first, maybe this being open will help people find it.
