Uninstall or revert back to an older version of Logitech Logi Tune.

Uninstall or revert back to an older version of Logitech Logi Tune.

Impressive, I would have never guessed it.

Updated the title here and going to leave this open for tracking. We've seen this issue through our support channels for a while, and we're reasonably confident this is something on Logitech's side and have reached out to work with them to understand what might be going on. Hopefully having this open will let people find this, and that the solution is to either uninstall or roll back the Logitune version.

Please avoid "me too" comments, we already know this is an issue, and do not need any more information at this time.

This is also not a solution, but anecdotal experience:

I installed LogiTune so I can control the exposure / auto exposure settings of my camera (since Camera settings in Windows 11 does not have this option). Recently became aware you can do this from OBS directly:

In the sources panel

  • right click Video Capture device
  • select Properties
  • select Configure Video
  • select Camera Control tab

There you should be able to configure Auto Exposure with the checkbox. Which for me removed the need for Logi Tune - a 200+ MB settings app...

Just in case someone else in the same boat.

Hi Guys, I'm working at Logitech, and have brought this problem up to our engineering. It's been worked on as we speak!

Logitech has released a fixed Logi-Tune version today: Tune 3.10.129 https://sync.logitech.com/hub/tunedesktop/post/tune-3-10-129-9qnmC9TwOf9UNT9

Closing this per the above and off-thread discussion. Fixed in Logi Tune 3.10.129.
