Expected Behavior

When using Catalan language on MacOS, clicking on Preferences... should bring up the main OBS settings dialog.

Current Behavior

When using Catalan language on MacOS, Preferences... menu button launches websocket services settings

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open OBS 31.0.3 on MacOS
  2. Select Preferences...
  3. Change language to Catala'
  4. Say yes to Restart OBS
  5. Select Preferences...
  6. ERROR: Will bring up Web Services Settings dialog, normally found on the Tools menu in other languages.

WARNING! There is no way on the user interface to change the language back to the original language. Must edit the user.ini file manually.

Anything else we should know?

This is easily fixed by changing the OBSWebSocket.Settings.DialogTitle and OBSWebSocket.Settings.PluginSettingsTitle to start with Ajustaments instead of Configuracio' in the obs-websocket plugin ca-ES.ini file in the locale folder.

I can reproduce this. This appears to be caused by the OBSWebSocket.Settings.DialogTitle starting with Config, so besides Català (ca-ES), it also happens in Galego (gl-ES) and Português brasileiro (pt-BR).

It only happens when using the "OBS -> Preferences" menu in the menu bar. It does not happen when using the "Settings..." button in the controls dock, so I would recommend using that as a workaround for now.

I have a similar issue, but in Italian. It's still present in the latest version of OBS. When I try to open the setting panel via MacOS's topbar (or CMD + ",") it opens Auto-Configuration Wizard instead. @gxalpha

With this additional information, I have reproduced this new issue on OBS Studio 31.1.2. This seems to be because the Auto-Configuration Wizard's menu item is not created the same way as all of the other items in the Tools menu so it was not covered by the fix in #12262 and will have to be addressed separately.
