niconico Live Broadcasting service is currently temporarily down due to a cyber attack. However, the service is in the process of being rebuilt. Please hold off on removing the support for this service until it is fully restored. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry for the delayed response. We are working hard on rebuilding the service, but we still cannot provide a definite restoration date. While we aim to restore it with the same specifications, changes might be necessary. Therefore, it might be best to proceed with removing the service for now, and we can submit a new PR once it is back online.
As far as I can tell, the Niconico ingests originally removed by this PR are now responding to our services check. I will close this and let the services check run as normal.
