Streamline services and outputs

Right now, setting up a service is hidden deep in the Settings dialog (poor discoverability), services are bound to the profile settings, and there's a limitation of a single streaming service.

There's a lot to unpack here, and this is probably going to evolve into a tracking task for further work, but things we might want to look at are:

• [ ] How services, outputs, and profiles interact with each other
• [ ] Flows for logging in and integrating with services
• [ ] Integration points? (Chat, dashboard, etc)
• [ ] Other output types (recording, replay, virtual camera)
