Statistics & Profiling
Description
Add mockups for a new window that merges the currently available statistics, network stuff (https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/9427), and a profiler (https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/9427).
There are a few details missing from this mockups, see TODOs. But it gets us a decent picture of what's possible or not. We can improve from there.
