Error message-no url specified even if present

Hello, I have this error where i just type khinsider.py [url] and it keeps saying "No soundtrack specified! As the first parameter, use the name the soundtrack uses in its URL. If you want to, you can also specify an output directory as the second parameter. You can also search for soundtracks by using your search term as parameter - as long as it's not an existing soundtrack." the link is there, so are the files, not sure why it says this...even if i try to run it with just the name of the ost instead of the link, or with nothing specified i get the same error
