GHC >=9.4 support

Hi, for my eclair-lang compiler I depend on dependent-sum-template. Unfortunately, it's the only dependency that hasn't been updated for GHC 9.4 (or newer) yet. Are there any plans to do this? How hard would it be to do this myself?

For reference, this is the error I see when trying to build my compiler for GHC 9.4:
