Introduce support for converting MathML equations into LaTeX, improving math rendering compatibility with Obsidian.

Thanks for submitting these changes!

Can we pull out just the math changes to merge those? As I mentioned in a comment below, I don't think storing attachments in a folder next to the imported file is the pattern that most people are expecting when using the importer.
