[Evernote] Still fails to set some notes' dates

Hi!

I wasn't sure if I should open a new issue or comment on #194, but I think opening a new issue might be better.

I tried to import an Evernote notebook using Importer v. 1.6.4 into Obsidian v. 1.6.7 on Windows 11, and I encountered an issue with incorrect note dates.

After importing my notes, even though the "Created at" date/time of the file/note appears to be correct for all notes (i.e., it matches the value of the ENEX tag), the "Last modified at" date ( ENEX tag) is not the last updated date from Evernote for some notes. Instead, it shows the date the note was imported into Obsidian. Since the "Last modified at" date is correct for some notes but not for others, I wonder if Obsidian is initially setting the modified date correctly but then altering the note somehow (e.g., by updating or fixing links to other notes and attachments).

As a workaround, I also wrote a Python script that parses the .enex file and applies the correct dates to the notes...
