Evernote. Violation of the editing chronology of notes that have never been edited.
In .enex files, for notes that were never edited after being created in Evernote, the <update> tag is missing. In Evernote itself, the absence of an explicit <update> is interpreted as the 'edit' date being equal to <created>. When notes are imported by the Importer plugin, an <update> tag with the value ‘current date’ is added to such a note. As a result, in Obsidian, when sorting notes by the date of last edit, all the notes that were never edited at all end up at the top of the list! Naturally, this is incorrect. The obvious solution: during import, the <update> tags that are created should copy the date value from the preceding <created> tag, not the current date. For me, and I think not only for me, this issue is critically important. I simply cannot import notes into Obsidian with the chronology of the last edit date being disrupted.
