OneNote importer fails to show my files when attempting to import a second time

I imported my OneNote library and a bunch of my attachments failed to import. So thinking I would try again I deleted the OneNote folder that populated my Obsidian vault and tried importing again. Now when I sign into my MS account none of my OneNote folders or notes show up.
