[Evernote] importer has a problem with image files with names that dont have the right extension

I have a note, that has a PNG image in it, its a QR code exported from Google's API that has a default name chart.chart

When Obsidian imports that note, it inserts

![[./_resources/Contact_QR.resources/chart.chart]]

And displays with a link that prompts to choose an app to open it.

The code in the .enex file knows it is a PNG

<en-media hash="cc397a9c4e4e98375faabe0c36892702" type="image/png" style="--en-naturalWidth:300; --en-naturalHeight:300;" width="200.0062484741211px" /><div>

I'm not sure how the image was added to Evernote, I'm guessing that I dragged it from the google webpage that created the QR.

Maybe this isn't common - but I'm guessing that it will hit other people, in other circumstances, especially when dragging from some web page where the type is conveyed by other information than the filename.
