Add PDF "Copy as quote" and "Copy link to selection" to documentation

There's a section here https://help.obsidian.md/Linking+notes+and+files/Embed+files#Embed+a+PDF+in+a+note on embedding and linking to a page in a specific PDF, but "Copy as quote" and "Copy link to selection" don't seem to be mentioned in the docs.

In a PDF you can select text, right-click, and see this menu:

The pasted link, e.g., [[commonMark-0.30.pdf#page=10&selection=16,0,16,20|commonMark-0.30, page 10]] and ![[commonMark-0.30.pdf#page=10&selection=16,0,16,20|commonMark-0.30, page 10]] will link to or embed that section of the PDF in a note.

As both a link and embed work here, I'm not sure the #Embed+a+PDF+in+a+note section is the best for this. Maybe a dedicated PDF help page with all the options that can be added to over time?

• set the height for an embedded pdf

• "Copy as quote" link / embed

• "Copy link to selection" link / embed
