This looks useful. Given Kafdrop allow deleting topic it would be helpful it allows also writing to a topic. Otherwise a developer would need to use the kafka-cli to do the same

I'll take a look, but it has quite some merge conflicts. Not sure whether I'll find the time to resolve these. @fchishti Any chance you can do that?
