Resetting Custom Statuses sometimes does not add back the default ones

Please check that this issue hasn't been reported before.

Expected Behavior

Clicking on 'Reset Custom Status Types to Defaults' should restore [/] and [-] if they were deleted.g

Current behaviour

I have seen [/] and [-] not be restored on some occasions.

I have not always been able to reproduce it, but I'm logging it here so I do not forget...

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Tasks to a new vault, so that you get a guaranteed-default set of settings.

2. Go to Settings->Tasks and scroll down to 'Custom Statuses'

3. Delete the two custom statuses - [/] and [-]

   It will look like this:

   

4. Click on 'Reset Custom Status Types to Defaults':
