Make health/armor bonuses spawn as clutter in more locations
Currently, increasing the ratio of spawning health/armor bonuses simply creates a small amount of large clusters of them.
I think it'd be interesting if there would be an option to instead spawn bunch of very small groupings of these items, but in many locations. Perhaps use unusued monster spawn locations, something like that.
This could serve to somewhat improve feel of exploration, where 'empty' rooms with not many monsters or items, still have some stuff you can interact with and some tiny 'reward' for looking around. (That was sort of their original purpose in vanilla, especially in Romero-made levels).
At the same time, because each one bonus only gives 1%, it does not significantly change the gameplay itself, since all these bonuses will probably not add up to more than 30-40% of either health/armor across an entire level.
