Open issue on new plugin note for categorising it
This one is actually a very good issue, which would help make the Hub more valuable. Is it maybe possible to automate it with the GitHub CLI or something? 🤔
I presume it's very doable to create a PR for each newly-added plugin note.
Before doing so, it might be good to understand how amenable these things are to editing via the web UI though.
For example:
- How would it work if a new plugin would go in more than one category?
- Currently, does the link in Uncategorised Plugins need to be removed manually, when adding the plugin to one or more categories?
- If being edited by the web UI, there won't be any error-checking for typos in new links to the plugin...
It might be sufficient and safer for someone to do the research and work out the new category/categories, and list them in a comment in the PR... (That's the time-consuming bit)
Then someone who has the vault cloned can easily update the links.
Alternatively, if we're gonna do a whole load of categorization, perhaps we can encourage this to be done via Obsidian (where, for example, the implied back-links are super useful for this purpose...)

I think the idea was to open an issue mentioning the plugin dev so they do the manual categorisation (either by PR or as a reply in the issue). I don't think at this point we can categorise plugins automatically.

Thanks for the reminder - I'd forgotten that was the suggestion...
