Separation of dependencies

Dependencies of tests, documentation, setup and usage got a bit mixed up over time. It would be good to separate the dependencies again.

Hi @observingClouds, I would like to work on this issue please assign me. What I understood is the requirements.txt and environment.yaml file in docs are outdated and I need to update these files. Please guide me if I got anything wrong
