Checkbox and Radio with optional button to submit

previous @jashkenas/inputs have an interesting submit option, allowing to display, along with radio or checkboxes, a button to submit updates.

+1. One of my notebooks (https://observablehq.com/@mikpanko/nfl-plays-sunburst-chart) triggers pretty heavy computations on notebook cells after changing selections for the NFL seasons to plot. Without the submit button, for example, going from [2019, 2018, 2017] selection to the [2011, 2010, 2009] one becomes pretty painful.
