Show a warning when the preview server is disconnected

It can happen that the preview server crashes (for example, when we write an erroneous import statement, or simply ctrl-c the process). The page then loses the connection with the server, and nothing updates. It would be nice to have a visual feedback (warning or alert of some sort) when it happens.
