Make collection URL editable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is half bug, half feature request. If one currently creates a new collection it seems like the url link depends on the name one gives to the collection. In case one makes a spelling mistakes or changes the name otherwise the URL will remain as original.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to either have a random URL or the possibility to name the URL of a collection just as in notebooks.
