Elements and styles sometimes don't load
Describe the bug I've noticed recently (past 2 weeks) that certain things don't load, and I have to refresh a page up to 5 times to get it to work. I've used observables for a few years and this is the first time its been an issue.
Expected behavior I expect these to load like they did before, or at least, try to load again if the can't the first time so I don't have to manually refresh the page.

Thumbnails not loading:
Style not loading. Defaults to generic serif font and markdown text area is too wide
including summaries of notebook data
And I can't reproduce this today, but I've also had problems with cell just not running and showing only a grey update bar to the left of blank cells

this seemed to happen to me just this morning, but I also had console/debugger open and was doing a bunch of breakpointing. I closed that and refreshed a couple times and it was ok again, like you. specifically for me, thumbnails and worker.html. haven’t seen the css version personally.
OS: Mac Browser: Safari Version: 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.6)
