enables has a synonym 'has'. This is extremely broad, and I would say useless. It just uses the annotation alternative label rather than any more specific term such as has broad synonym.

Just remove? Given the example, "a particular instances of akt-2 enables some instance of protein kinase activity", I suspect this is supposed to be 'has function' even though that's already a RO relation.
