obsolete aligned_with

AFAICR this was for the neuro-relations paper but never made it in. No def, no domain-range, doesn't seem to be used in FBbt or anywhere else.

@dosumis - want to keep it and better axiomatize, or obsolete?

It's used to define at least one relation that it s widely used - fasciculates_with. I'll dig out the def.

Could it be used as a kind of mapping, where e.g. one entity is aligned with another, e.g. "'geopolitical entity' 'aligned with' some 'earth surface area'". Or is there another relation for that?
