Uberon term UBERON_0001711 (eyelid)

Suggested revision and reasons UBERON_0001711 is described as "A fold of skin that covers and protects part of the eyeball." but it is not directly related to UBERON_0002097 (skin of body) or the descdendant term UBERON_0001084 (skin of head).

I would suggest a new relationship.
