why is CLYH ontology not in UBERON?

I am looking for annotating this dataset https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/?view=study&acc=ERP110164 and it exists the Clytia hemisphaerica Development and Anatomy Ontology (CLYH) https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/clyh but currently not available in composite-metazoan.obo ?

There is probably no other reason than simply the fact that nobody has ever asked for it – until today, that is.
