@dosumis @cmungall how does the agent handles imports? In this case, it looks like it adds

relationship: has_part CL:4030023 ! respiratory tract hillock cell

but it doesn't import the term. Would it be possible to tweak it to add CL:4030023 in src/ontology/imports/xxx_terms.txt or add the IRI in uberon-edit.owl, so once we refresh imports that will be solved. I will add this one manually for now.

We could try adding a line or two to Claude.md instructing it to add terms to the import file that it can't find with OBO-grep.pl.
