Uberon download links are broken at https://uberon.github.io/downloads.html#core (2023.09.05-08)

Hi @zhilianghu, thank you for raising this issue.

Recently, while refactoring our pipeline, we identified that the artefact ext.owl is the same as the artefact uberon.owl, so we removed it from the release files. We'll redirect the artefact ext.owl to uberon.owl. You can download it here http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon.owl

We also need to update this website.
