teeth pattern terms

Now that we have the upper and lower tooth patterns done, I have made a csv for all the teeth terms I'd like to add / revise. I am curious how I should go about this?

Here are some issues:

1. I need to create teeth terms that will be used by the patterns (e.g., create incisor tooth 4 to be used in the patter for upper secondary incisor tooth 4)
2. Some of these terms exist, but I want to revise them to be standardized in label and EQ
