There has been no activity on this ticket since Oct 2021. @addiehl, is there something we can do to complete this ticket?
I removed myself from assignees, I have no specialized knowledge here. I'm not sure this is high priority but I do think we should have a faster turnaround on these.
It's not a bad strategy to use wikipedia as a first pass https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reticular_cell - we can always refine with expert input later. The wp def may be human specific so genericising the marker may be in order but this should be in line with general patterns in CL
should we change the label to "reticular cell of the spleen" and create a more general class "reticular cell"?

The definition for CL:0000432 'reticular cell' is no longer organ specific and is annotated with the wikipedia link mentioned above.
There is a class of this cell type related to the spleen: CL:1000489 'reticular cell of splenic cord'.
The immediate issues raised in this ticket appear to be resolved.
