cell-ontology mapping NPO to CL

Not sure if mapping needs to be done in PATO? Need to figure out how? SSSOM? Related to https://github.com/obophenotype/cell-ontology/issues/1657

NPO is basically cell type/classes (even if they get called cell phenotypes)

I vaguely rmbr there being morphology and electrophys terms in there? or was that just cell types with those properties

Both (but bulk of terms are cell types). I think Tom said he was happy to give on on his morphology terms and use PATO. Not sure he has though, so might be worth building mapping.
